The Tower is suitable for studying the biological effect both when applied as a direct spray on the organisms or as a residual film.  The design incorporates a detachable atomizer assembly, pneumatically operated spray table, SS tubing’s.

·        Frame: Manufactured from Stainless steel angle iron sections in pleasing colors. level adjustment screen are provided at the base for easy leveling.

·        Spray tube : Made from stainless steel 304 with mirror finish and positioned centrally by three screws mounted on the intermediate platform.

·        Spray atomizer: Supplied as standard equipment. It is centrally located and triggered by solenoid actuator, comes with a sample holder assembly, all mounted on the tower itself for easy operation.

·        Spray table: Adjustable for height and for positioning the specimen dish beneath the spray tube.

·        Air pressure:

ü  A regulated air supply of 1.5–2 kg/sq.cm2 is required.

ü  The air at this pressure is to be connected to the Nozzle at the back of the tower.

ü  A pressure gauge on the front panel indicates the pressure and can be adjusted with pressure regulator.

ü  Manometer 0-15psi.
